St. Joseph’s Peruvian Endowment
For the past 25 years Father Joseph Uhen and his mission staff, through the St. Joseph’s Peruvian Mission, have been working to address the acute needs and long-term development of the poor in Piura, Peru.
Through their hard work and with the aid of visiting missionaries and generous donors, the mission funds programs that provide housing, nutrition, medical care, education, loans, legal aid, farming aid, and more. There has been much good work done through the people who believe in God, trust in God and want to help the poor, but the continued need in Piura is great.

Celebrate the 25th Anniversary
Join in celebrating the 25th anniversary of Father Joseph Uhen’s residency in Peru. To both honor his service and to ensure the next generation of poor in Piura access to continued vital assistance, The St. Joseph’s Peruvian Mission Endowment Fund is being established.
The endowment will sustain St. Joseph’s Peruvian Mission along with the mission staff and visiting missionaries whose work has been inspired by their Catholic faith and their desire to help the poor people of Piura. This endowment will ensure the St. Joseph’s Peruvian Mission staff is able to continue to respond to these needs for another 25 years.
